These rules have made on the basis of the current Bulgarian legislation
Hotel Royal Calisto Sozopol guarantees its guests confidentiality
The hotel operate only in the summer
Forgotten or unclaimed items by guests are kept for up to 10 days
Please leave your valuables and documents in the safe reception, the guest is responsible for items left unattended in the room or on the hotel grounds
Keep the hotel property and comply with the fire safety rules, the guest compensates the value of the damaged property in the hotel in full in accordance with the hotel’s internal documents
A video surveillance system operates on the hotel territory
The hotel is not responsible for children accidents occurring within the site. The responsibility for child’s supervision is assumed entirely by the parents (guardians or chaperones) for their entire stay
Minors are admitted to the hotel only with an accompanying parent, if one is missing, it is necessary to provide a statement - permission from a parent, together with the parent's personal data. The hotel is not responsible for concealing information about the presence of an unaccompanied minor.
The hotel does not tolerate unacceptable levels of noise or guest behavior; arrogant behavior by persons who are clearly intoxicated or disorderly which destroys or threatens to destroy hotel’s property; breach of public order. In case of refusal by the guests to comply with the requirements the hotel reserves the right to terminate the reservation without being responsible for refunds or promises

2. SMOKING AND ALCOHOL
In accordance with Bulgarian legislation, the hotel has a no – smoking policy in all indoor areas. For guests who do not comply there is a fine of BGN 200 or 100 EUR. Designated smoking areas are distributed within the outdoor areas of the hotel
According to Bulgarian legislation, alcohol is not offered or served to guests under 18 years of age
3. ACCOMMODATION
Check – in after 3 p.m.
Check – out till 12 o’clock
Service such as early check – in before 3 o’clock , but not before 10 o’clock is provided to guests if there are free rooms in the hotel
Late check-in after 22:00 with prior arrangement and additional fee of BGN 50.
If you wish late check – out , please inform reception staff to get accurate information about fees and availability
In case of untimely departure without notification, a fee is due for each overdue hour – BGN 50
Upon check – in at the hotel, 1 key room is provided as well as an integrated card for the electrical hotel system – 1
To provide a spare key and card , a deposit of BGN 30 is payable , upon departure the deposit is refunded
In case of violation of the integrity of the card and the key, a fee of BGN 50 is payable
4. FEEDING
Breakfast from 08:00- 10:00 am on the buffet – serve continental breakfast – fruits, vegetables, cereals, meat and dairy delicacies, pastry, cold and warm drinks
Dinner – 6:00 – 8:00 pm – for less than 30 people , dinner is served individually according to a pre – prepared 3 – course menu for every day of the week, contains salad, main and dessert; alcohol and soft drinks are served at an additional costs.
In case of an early departure time, we can prepare a dry package for breakfast, for which you must notify the reception the day before by 4:00 pm
Taking food out of the restaurant is prohibited as well as dishes, when bringing food or drinks into the restaurant or the pool, a fee is charged, which is determined according to the type of item brought in.
5. PETS
We accept pets only dogs up to 10 kgs, no cats and reptiles with a stay fee of BGN25 per day
The care and management of the dog is entirely the responsibility of its owner
The hotel management does not assume and is not responsible for the care of the pets
Damage caused by pets to the hotel property is paid additionally at the reception with the specified damage price list
Pets are not allowed to in the pool to wash
Pets are not allowed inside the restaurant where the buffet is located
6. CLEANING
The hotel offer every day cleaning of the rooms from 10:00 am till 4:00 pm
Linen is changed every three days according to the number of overnight stays
Towels are changed every two days according to the number of overnight stays
An additional fee of BGN 20 for towels and BGN 30 for linen is payable for the daily change of linen and towels
7. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
The reservation has been confirmed for which a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay; has been made by bank transfer or through the Easy Pay cash desks with a copy of the payment order sent
For weekend stays to be paid at 100% of the value

We accept credit and debit cards as means of payment for amounts over BGN10
Upon receiving an advance payment from a natural or legal person, the hotel is obligated to issue an invoice with the relevant data within 5 days

8. CANCELLATION POLICIES
An amount for requested but unused services is not refundable
The hotel has the right to refuse a reservation to a guest who made a reservation without arriving and without notifying the hotel of the reservation cancellation
Early offers validity period 10 days from the date of receipt of the offer
If the guest is not checked – in by midnight , the reservation is cancelled without notice
Cancellations are accepted only with written notification to the hotel’s official email address
Cancellation made 10 days before check – in at the hotel , 30% of the deposit is retained
Less than 10 days (5 days) 50% of the deposit made
Cancellation made at the last minute will retain 100% of the deposit
In case of premature departure during the stay due to the fault and decision of the tourist , regardless of the circumstances , 30% of the deposited amount is deducted when paying at the reception
To confirm a reservation , a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay is accepted on the hotel’s account
Cancellation due to COVID – 19 only with test made no more than 72 hours before arrival
Failure coming on the reservation without warning , to be retain 100% deposit
