- The prices are BGN including VAT, tourist taxes and insurance
- The prices are included night, breakfast, parking spot, internet, pool and etc.
- Children till 2.99 are free of charge
- Children from 3 to 11.99 are accommodated on an extra sofa - bed for BGN 30/ day with breakfast included
- Children from 3 to 11.99 pay additionally BGN 20/per day for dinner
- Additional accommodation of an adult on a sofa bed is charged BGN 50 per day
- Additional accommodation of a child over 3 years old on a travel bed BGN 20 per day included breakfast
- Additional accommodation of an adult on a travel bed BGN 35 per day included breakfast
- Single occupancy in a double room is charged at the full price of a double room
- Extra payment for breakfast BGN 15 per day free consumption
- Extra payment per adult for dinner BGN 30 per day
- Accommodation of pets till 10 kgs without cats and reptiles - BGN 25 per day
- The care of pets is entirely the responsibility of their owners, the hotel assumes no responsibility or commitment for them.
- Pet damage to hotel property will be charged by pet owners according to the hotel's inventory price list

- Change of linen - every 3 days/for three full overnight stays/upon request before the specified period, additional payment is madeat the reception/ for changing towels BGN 20; for changing linen - BGN 30

- Transfer from Sarafovo Airport to the hotel BGN 150 with a luxury car
Cancellation policies
- An amount for requested but unused services is not refundable
- The hotel has the right to refuse a reservation to a guest who made a reservation without arriving and without notifying the hotel of the reservation cancellation
- Early offers validity period 10 days from the date of receipt of the offer
- If the guest is not checked – in by midnight , the reservation is cancelled without notice
- Cancellations are accepted only with written notification to the hotel’s official email address
- Cancellation made 10 days before check – in at the hotel , 30% of the deposit is retained
- Less than 10 days (5 days) 50% of the deposit made
- Cancellation made at the last minute will retain 100% of the deposit
- In case of premature departure during the stay due to the fault and decision of the tourist , regardless of the circumstances , 30% of the deposited amount is deducted when paying at the reception
- To confirm a reservation , a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay is accepted on the hotel’s account
- Cancellation due to COVID – 19 only with test made no more than 72 hours before arrival
- Failure coming on the reservation without warning , to be retain 100% deposit
